[Quoting](https://help.secturafab.com/frequently-asked-questions-faqs?hsLang=en#quoting) # How to Create and Edit Price Lists Price lists allow you to save purchased components such as nuts and bolts and their associated costs and prices so that they may be included in a quote.   Let's discover how.   ### Create a New Price List   1\. From the “Products” dropdown, select “Price Lists.”   ![](https://help.secturafab.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/25699620802715.png)   2\. Select “Add” to begin creating a new price list.   ![](https://help.secturafab.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/25699592218779.png)   3\. Enter the name of your price list and set the status to “Approved.” The price list will now be available when creating quotes. Dates indicating how long the price list is valid. Select “Add.”   ![](https://help.secturafab.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/25699592221467.png)   5\. Begin by searching "component" in the “Product Type” column. You will retrieve the full list of components available. Options include: - **Add All** will add all components, linear items, and sheets and plates in your tenant to the price list. - **Add Filtered** will add only the components or parts in view to the price list. - **Add Selected** will only add components that are highlighted to the price list. View the components added to your price list and select “Done” to save the changes.   ![](https://help.secturafab.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/25699592223387.png)   Now, let's edit an existing price list.    ### Edit a Price List   1\. You will now be able to: - **Add** additional components to the price list. - **View** components in your price list. - **Edit** the components in your price list. - **Delete** components in your price list.
