When creating a quote you can adjust the item location to apply price books. The options include; none, from location, and product. Let's explore these options.
From the Preferences & Costs options, select "Quote Details."
None:
When selected, the line item uses the same location as the quote.
From Location:
This option allows the user to select the location of the item when creating a quote.
From Product:
The item will use the location from the product location. Each product configuration can have a location. When adding the item to the quote, the list of locations will be shown where the matching product is available.
