SecturaFAB - What's NEW - September 2023
Introduction: In our continuous effort to provide you with the best user experience, we are
pleased to announce the release of SecturaFAB Version 2023.9.22.3. While this update
primarily focuses on addressing a few minor bugs and enhancing overall software stability, we
believe that even small improvements play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and reliable
quoting and estimating process for our valued users. In this release note, we'll highlight the bug
fixes that have been implemented to make your experience with our software as seamless as
possible.

- Machine Selection for Plate Products
- In Version 2023.9.22.3, you can now select a machine when adding plate products to
your quote. We understand that these items may or may not need to estimate
processing costs associated with the material through the duration of the sale. With the
new selection you can now select any equipment with operation calculators that support
product type “plate”, or you can simply leave the drop-down set to “Select a machine” to
not add any operations and quote unprocessed stock plate configurations. 
- In Version 2023.9.22.3, you can now select a machine when adding plate products to
- Increased Exportable Quote Data Size
- With Version 2023.9.22.3, you can now export larger volumes of quote data directly
from our software. Previously this was limited to 1gb and would result in an error if
attempting to export anything larger. This feature was developed in response to
feedback from our users who required greater flexibility and scalability when exporting
their quotes. New data parsing techniques have been implemented to make this
possible. 
- With Version 2023.9.22.3, you can now export larger volumes of quote data directly
- Bug Fix: Password Reset Issue Resolved
- In the previous version, some users reported encountering a server error when initiating
the password reset process. We understand the inconvenience and frustration this issue
may have caused, and we have worked diligently to resolve it. With Version 2023.9.22.3,
you can now reset your password smoothly and securely, without encountering any
server-related obstacles.

- Bug Fix: Pierce Time Calculation Error
- In previous versions, users reported encountering calculation errors when specifying a
pierce time of less than 1 second for items in their quotes and estimates. We understand

- In previous versions, users experienced issues when attempting to view and add product
configurations linked to linear products. We understand the importance of accurately
representing and customizing linear products within your quotes and estimates. With
Version 2.0.1, we have resolved this issue to ensure that you can effortlessly access and
incorporate product configurations associated with linear items.
