Click on the setup gear wheel icon at the top right of your screen and find the Organization Settings box, select "Lists," then "Customer Status."
Customer Status
SecturaFAB allows you to set different customer statuses. For each status you can define the warning level and if customer with this status should be added to the customer selection dropdown list.
